To Know the Lord Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour, recognising His calling and purpose for our individual lives. To Show the love of God to the Church, the family of God and to the family He has given to us. To Go into our community, country and world sharing the Gospel message by word and by deed.

TO LOVE the Lord Jesus with all our hearts, putting Him first.  Involving Him in all aspects of our lives, acknowledging the importance of an intimate relationship with our Lord and Saviour.

TO LOVE those in our fellowship, recognising them as family in Christ. To care for and to pray for the fellowship and their wider families. To continually pray that the Lord will “bind us together with chords that cannot be broken” in our fellowship as well as in our families. To love the wider family of Christ who meet in other fellowships in our community. To love the national movement we are a part of, praying for those who are a part of the National Leadership as well as those in local/regional leadership roles. To actively positively promote the fellowship and movement in the sight of those outside the fellowship.

TO LOVE the community we have been made a part of. To be aware of the needs of the town and, in love, support them both in prayer  and with practical issues they face.

TO SERVE the Lord Jesus, acknowledging we are all unique parts of the one body.  Each being unique, identifying through prayer and teaching, our own gifting in the body, utilising them to our full ability in Jesus.

TO SERVE one another in the fellowship, in our race together, constantly motivated to encourage, build up, strengthen and empower through the Lord Jesus. To serve those in the wider body, in our locality as well as in the national movement. To serve those who are missionaries within our movement promoting their ministries on a local level.  In serving always seeking “What Would Jesus Do”?

TO SERVE the locality of Pontarddulais Town and its surrounding districts. As “Elim”, remember our calling to be wells of refreshing in a dry and barren land. May we be determined to share the ultimate eternal refreshment that comes through the Gospel message. May we also serve through practical needs, identifying community issues and concerns and channelling our prayers, our time and our resources accordingly. In serving, let us support those in education, in local government as well as those in the emergency services.
